WHEREAS, Company desires that Consultant provide it with certain services, and Consultant desires to render such services to Company, on the terms and conditionsset forth in this Agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, in considerationof the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein, the partie here to agree as follows:

SCOPE OF WORK: The consultant has been engaged by the client to provide specific search services to the client organizationduring the stiputed contract period in order to source the communicated manpower needs for the client Organizationwithin this duration Consultant shall personally perform these services from their office or residence, or from a mutual determined location determined by the he parties.

BUSINESS TERMS & CONDITIONS: Professional Fees: Our professional service charges for all levels are equivalent to 15 days of salary

Payment schedules: A confirmation fee of 20,000 will be charged, it will be adjusted after hiring.
All bills/Invoices to be submitted within 07 days of the candidate joining and payment to be made within same period.

Correspondence with candidates: All correspondence with candidates including interview scheduling will be the responsibility of Revopions Consulting.The Client will send information of a candidate’s submission & rejectionto us, and it will be our responsibility to inform the Candidate accordingly.

Offer leeer to the candidates: Upon the completion of the selection decision, the Client will inform the candidate of the selection.Connti ent to this the Client will issue an offer le er to the candidate and upon his/her acceptance; convey the offered consolidated package to us for billing/Invoicing purposes.

Termination: This agreement will be terminated on the happening of any oneor more of the following events: on the expiry of its term or if either party terminates this agreement by giving a prior noticeof two weeks in writing to the other party or by mutual consent of the parties without assigning any reason whatsoever.
